Study organisation

This section describes how studies are organised at Produktize OÜ. It applies to all our continuing education curricula.

1. Admission and registration

  • Our trainings are for adults. Each curriculum describes its target group and entry requirements.

  • Most trainings are run for organisations, as in-house trainings. [FILL IN: do you also run open trainings, and where are they announced?]

  • To register, send an email to [FILL IN: contact email] or use [FILL IN: registration form or link].

  • A learner is enrolled once we confirm the registration in writing. [FILL IN: any other condition, e.g. signed agreement or paid invoice]

  • A learner may be removed from a training if [FILL IN: e.g. the fee is not paid on time or the learner seriously disrupts the training]. We let the learner know in writing.

  • For in-house trainings, the client organisation and Produktize agree on the participants, dates and place in a written agreement.

2. Tuition fees

  • The fee is stated in the offer or on the training page. [FILL IN: where fees are published]

  • Fees are paid by invoice. Payment term: [FILL IN: e.g. 14 days from the invoice date / before the training starts].

  • Prices [FILL IN: include or do not include VAT].

  • Discounts: [FILL IN: e.g. several learners from one organisation, early registration, or no discounts].

  • Exemption from the fee: [FILL IN: e.g. not offered, or the cases when the fee is waived].

3. Cancellation and refunds

If the learner cancels
  • Please let us know by email as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation more than [FILL IN: number] working days before the training starts: [FILL IN: e.g. full refund].

  • Cancellation later than that: [FILL IN: e.g. 50% refund / no refund].

  • A learner can send a replacement. [FILL IN: confirm whether this is free of charge]

  • For in-house trainings, the cancellation terms in the written agreement apply.

If Produktize cancels
  • Produktize may cancel or postpone a training, for example if there are too few participants or the trainer is ill.

  • We let learners know as soon as possible, and at least [FILL IN: number] working days before the start when the reason allows it.

  • The learner can choose a new date or get the paid fee back in full.

4. Completing a training

  • To complete a training, the learner takes part in at least [FILL IN: e.g. 80]% of contact study and completes the practical work described in the curriculum.

  • Each curriculum describes its completion requirements and assessment method.

  • If a learner completes a training only partly, they receive a certificate of participation that shows the parts and hours completed. [FILL IN: can the learner finish the missing parts later, and how?]

5. Documents issued

  • Certificate (tunnistus) - issued when the learner completes the curriculum and the learning outcomes are assessed as achieved.

  • Certificate of participation (tõend) - issued when the learner takes part but does not meet all completion requirements. It shows the hours the learner took part in.

  • Documents are issued digitally as a PDF within [FILL IN: number] working days after the training.

  • Documents show the learner’s name and personal identification code, the name and registry code of Produktize OÜ, the registration number of our notice of economic activity in EHIS ([FILL IN: number after registration]), the curriculum name, the dates and volume of the training, the place and date of issue, the document number and the trainers’ names. A certificate (tunnistus) also lists the learning outcomes achieved and the assessment methods.

6. Learning environment

  • On-site trainings take place at the client’s premises or in hired training rooms. The room has what the curriculum needs, such as a screen or projector, wifi and space for group work.

  • Online trainings take place in [FILL IN: Zoom/Teams/Meet]. The learner needs a computer with an internet connection, a camera and a microphone.

  • For practical work, learners use their own laptop. [FILL IN: confirm, and list any tools or accounts learners need]

7. Feedback, complaints and disputes

  • After every training we ask learners for feedback.

  • If you have a complaint, please send it to [FILL IN: contact email]. We reply within [FILL IN: number] working days.

  • We aim to solve every disagreement by talking it through.

  • If we cannot agree, the dispute is settled under Estonian law. [FILL IN: e.g. in Harju County Court] A private person can also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (tarbijavaidluste komisjon).

Quality assurance

This section describes how Produktize OÜ looks after the quality of its continuing education.

1. Developing and updating curricula

  • Curricula are based on the needs of the target group and on current practice in product management, AI and software development.

  • Each curriculum describes its goal, learning outcomes, target group, volume, content, learning environment, materials, completion requirements and trainer qualification.

  • We review each curriculum at least [FILL IN: e.g. once a year], and also when learner feedback or changes in the field call for it.

  • AI tools change quickly, so we check and update examples and materials before each training.

2. Trainer competence

  • Our trainers have practical expertise in the subject they teach and experience teaching adults.

  • Each curriculum states the education and work experience a trainer needs to teach it. Before a trainer starts, we check that they meet these requirements.

  • Trainers keep developing - through their own practice, courses, conferences and professional communities. [FILL IN: any specific development activities]

3. Learning environment and materials

  • Before each training we check that the room or online environment fits the curriculum and works.

  • Learning materials are prepared for each curriculum and updated regularly. Learners get the materials [FILL IN: e.g. digitally, during or after the training].

  • When a training uses AI tools, we make sure learners know what tools they need and how to access them.

4. Learner feedback

  • We collect feedback after every training with a short questionnaire. [FILL IN: tool used, e.g. Google Forms]

  • We ask about the content, the trainer, the learning environment and how useful the training was for the learner’s work.

  • We review the results after each training and use them to improve curricula, materials and the way we teach.

  • For in-house trainings, we also go through the results with the client.

5. Quality summary

  • As the Adult Education Act requires, we publish a summary of our quality assessment on this website at least once every three years.

  • The summary covers how we assessed quality, what works well and what we plan to improve.

  • The first summary will be published by [FILL IN: date].
