AI Transformation
Building is fast now. The bottleneck is figuring out the right things to build.
I help product teams - and product people working inside business departments - become AI-native. Not by adding tools, but by changing how the work gets done, from discovery to delivery.

WHAT YOU GET
Where your team ends up
AI-empowered product management processes
AI automates and supports the everyday work - from discovery and specs to delivery - not just on the training day.
Prototypes in hours, not weeks
Ideas become something people can react to, fast - and the prototype can generate the specs or serve as the spec itself.
A team that keeps going after I leave
Real habits, built over three to six months of practice on real work.
AI-NATIVE
It’s not a tool list. It’s a new operating model.
Most companies approach AI the same way they approached digital transformation: add tools, run training, wait for results. That’s not how it works. The teams getting real value from AI are the ones that have rethought how they work - who does what, how decisions get made, how product and engineering hand work to each other.
WHAT CHANGES
What changes in an AI-native product team
⚡
Experimenting gets cheap:
Once a lot of work had gone into a design or solution, it got harder to let go of it - and things got shipped even when they should have started from scratch. When a prototype takes hours, teams actually experiment and iterate.
💬
Better specs, sooner:
Engineers get specs that are better thought through - and visual specs, much faster.
🧑🔬
Domain experts become product people:
In the AI era, domain experts can become product managers - if they’re empowered with the right AI tools. The people who know the problem best get to shape the solution.
🧑💻
Better-equipped product people:
Product managers, analysts and designers who work with AI every day - from discovery and research to specs and prototypes.
HOW IT WORKS
How I run an AI transformation
Every team is at a different starting point. I work alongside the team in their everyday work, and the goal is a team that keeps working this way after I leave.
01
Retrospective
What works in the current processes, and what doesn’t.
02
Map the processes
How things work today, and how they should work.
03
Specs and skills
We learn to write specs for the to-be setup and build AI skills for it.
04
Prototype, then process
We prototype the outcome visually, then build the processes behind it.
05
Weekly mentoring, short trainings, constant practice
Every week there's a mentoring and learning session, plus short trainings on whatever the team needs next. In between, the team practises on real work - that's how it becomes a habit instead of a training day that fades.
As we go, we work out which tools best fit your team’s goals. It takes at least three months to build real habits - ideally six.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Who this is for
You don’t need to already use AI tools. Some teams have tools but no practice; others are starting from scratch. Both are fine.
01
CEOs and department leads
Who want their teams working AI-native, not just owning AI tools.
02
Product and development teams
Whether they’re starting from scratch or have tools but no practice yet.
03
Product people inside business departments
When the product manager sits in a business department and there’s no product team around them.
