Vibe Coding Academy
The people who know the problem can now build the solution.
A company-internal programme where teams go from a real problem to a working, user-tested prototype with AI. No technical background needed.

WHAT YOU GET
What your team takes away
A working, user-tested prototype
Built during the programme and put in front of real users.
Development-ready documentation
Specs engineers can pick up without starting from scratch.
A shared language between business and engineering
Fewer misunderstandings between the people with the idea and the people building it.
THE APPROACH
A real problem, from start to finish
Participants go through the whole product development process with a real problem, from start to finish. Your company and the participants bring the problems. By the end, teams have realistic prototypes tested with real users, plus development-ready documentation to go with them.
No prior knowledge of AI or software development is needed - just a computer and knowledge of your own field. Participants who meet AI tools for the first time on day one have a fully working prototype by the last day.

HOW IT RUNS
From problem to decision, in about a month
Four training days and two mentoring blocks, with time in between for testing with users and building. Run by Anna-Liisa Reinson and Helen Minařík together - product management and product design in the same room.
01
Day 1 - Intro and ideation
Framing the problem and separating symptoms from root causes. Ideation techniques, choosing the problems that matter most to the business, forming teams and picking the idea to take forward.
02
Day 2 - Discovery and prototyping
Service design methods, user segments and value propositions, preparing user tests without leading questions. The day ends with an introduction to vibe coding - then teams build a prototype and test it with real customers.
03
Mentoring I
Team-by-team support while they run user tests and build their first prototype, on site or online.
04
Day 3 - Productising and delivery
Synthesising research, prioritising and scoping, metrics, data protection and security, the business value, and development-ready documentation. Ends with a pitch workshop.
05
Mentoring II
Support for finishing the final prototype and getting ready for demo day.
06
Day 4 - Demo day
Teams present their prototypes to a jury of key people from the company. The real impact comes when the winning solutions go into development.

RESULTS
Eight years of “can’t be built”, solved in three weeks
In one company academy, teams from accounting, marketing, risk, tech support, new business and HR - every function except product - built working prototypes. The accounting team built a debt visibility tool that IT had said couldn’t be built for eight years. It’s now going to engineering, with the accountant as its owner.
